APPROVAL OF A BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR
A DISTRIBUTION HUB FOR WARNER CABLE COMMUNICATIONS
AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT S84 W18942 ENTERPRISE DRIVE
RESOLUTION #P.C. 119-97
WHEREAS, Plans for a distribution hub for Warner Cable Communications was
submitted by JM Construction at the property located at S84 W18942 Enterprise Drive, and
WHEREAS, The plans indicated a 900 square foot structure constructed of scored block
with split face bands of block for detail, and
WHEREAS, The facility will house Broadband Telecommunications equipment, such as
optical transmitters, receivers, and modulated processors, and
WHEREAS, The plans submitted (received May 22, 1997) include a detailed landscape
plan, parking area in front of the structure and an enclosed fenced in area for outdoor storage.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of the building,
site and operation plan submitted (received May 22, 1997) by JM Construction for a distribution
hub for Warner Cable Communications at the property located at S84 W18942 Enterprise Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building
Department and that all aspect of this plan as they relate to landscape areas and drainage shall be
maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That if occupancy is requested prior to the completion of
landscaping and/or asphalting, a bond, letter of credit or cashiers check equal to twice the value of
said costs must be submitted to the Planning Department.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That access driveway be expanded to twenty feet wide;
the fence will be deleted from the building, site and operation plan thus no outside storage: the
color of the building will be cream with color integral to the block materials; the access path to
the west side of building will be paved in asphalt or concrete.
