APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT FOR PARK ESTATES
BY PEGARL, L.L.P., FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT
THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 18
RESOLUTION #P.C. 116-97
WHEREAS, A preliminary plat was submitted on June 24, 1996, to divide property in the
SE 1/4 of Section 18 into 27 lots, with 22 single family lots and 5 duplex lots under an RS-UOPD
and RS-2/0PD zoning designation and was adopted through Resolution #P.C. 14-97, on March
18, 1997, and
WHEREAS, A Final Plat was submitted for Park Estates on May 12, 1997 and a revision
ofFinal Plat was submitted on July 11, 1997 and is the subject ofthis resolution, and
WHEREAS, Said submittal of May 12, 1997 substantially conforms to the approved
preliminary plat.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT, The Plan Commission recommends approval
of the Final Plat of Park Estates as submitted on May 12, 1997 subject to resolution of all
technical discrepancies as identified by all objecting and approving agencies, City Engineers, Plan
Commission, Common Council, and City Staff as well as submittal of a Subdivider's Agreement
and Letter of Credit agreeable to the Common Council.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That final plat approval subject to Public Works
approval of grading and drainage plans.
