APPROVAL FOR A 14’ X 16’ ACCESSORY STRUCTURE
FOR DON DOMURANT AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT
S83 W17734 CLEARBROOK DRIVE
WHEREAS, A site plan and construction information was submitted on May 23, 1997, by
Don Domurant to construct a 14’ X 16’ accessory structure at the residence located at S83
W17734 Clearbrook Drive,
WHEREAS, The location of the accessory structure will meet the zoning requirements of
the RS-l/OPD/L Suburban Residence zoning district with a Planned Development Overlay in a
Lowland Area and the architectural appearance would be compatible with the applicant’s
surrounding area, and
WHEREAS, The materials submitted do not propose the use of this nor any other
structure on the property for business related activities, and
WHEREAS, The proposed accessory structure is proposed to be located in the floodplain
of the dam failure area.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of the 14’ X 16’
accessory structure for S83 W17734 Clearbrook Drive in accordance to Section 4.05 (1) B and
6.1 1 (2) and that subject accessory structure not be used for the operation of a business nor the
storage of business related material or equipment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That prior to applications being submitted for building
and zoning permits, petitioner is to provide to Staff evidence that the structure will meet the
safety standards as specified in Chapter 14 (Floodplain Zoning Ordinance).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the terms of this resolution
and the approved site plans shall result in the issuance of fines of $100 per day per violation, the
initiation of legal action, or both.
