LEICHTFUSS FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT (MOTHER-IN-LAW UNIT) W124 S8085 NORTH CAPE ROAD Department by Robert M. Leichtfuss for a single family residence and a mother-in-law unit at W124 58085 North Cape Road, and WHEREAS, Building plans were submitted to the Planning WHEREAS, The building plans depict that the mother-in-law unit would consist of a combined entry and a separate rear entrance, kitchen, bath, and two bedrooms totaling 660 square feet, and as a Conditional Use in a residentially zoned district upon the approval of the Plan Commission, and WHEREAS, The City's zoning ordinance permits this type of use WHEREAS, The regulations provide that the architectural character of the residence remain single family in appearance and that the second unit does not exceed 800 square feet of the residential floor area and that one person in each unit be related to a person in the other unit by blood, marriage or adoption, and WHEREAS, A public hearing has been held in conformance with Section 17:3.07 of the City's Code of Ordinances, and WHEREAS, The owners of property within 300 feet of this property have been notified of the public hearing. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego approve the request of Robert M. Leichtfuss for a single family residence and a mother-in-law unit at W124 S8085 North Cape Road and that the approval be subject to the conditions of Section 17:8.01 (7) C, 10 of the City's Code of Ordinances. * Plan Commission City of Muskego Adopted 05-20-97 Defeated Deferred 05-19-97
