FOR A MIDDLE SCHOOL FOR THE MUSKEGO-NORWAY PUBLIC SCHOOLS
AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 31
WHEREAS, Plans for a new middle school were submitted by
Bray Associates for Muskego-Norway Public Schools on May 13,
1997, and
130,000 square feet for a maximum of 900 students, and
WHEREAS, The ultimate building will be approximately
WHEREAS, The building will be of masonry construction, and
WHEREAS, Rezoning of the subject property from RS-2
Suburban Residence to RS-2/OPD Suburban Residence with an
Institutional Public Service Overlay will be required, and
is scheduled for May 27, 1997.
WHEREAS, A Common Council Public Hearing for the rezoning
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves
of the conceptual development plan dated (received May 13,
1997) and said plan be kept on file in the Building Department
and 1/4 Section file along with any subsequent changes to the
same. e
