PCR1997105RESOLUTION #P.C. 105-97 RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL OF A NONSUBSTANTIAL CHANGE TO PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT OF VILLAGES OF MUSKEG0 LAKES BY LAKESIDE HOMES, AGENT FOR VILLAGES AT MUSKEG0 LAKES WHEREAS, Lakeside Homes has requested for a height change for the Villages of Muskego Lakes, which includes the approved Champions Village Subdivision and Champions Village Addition #1 Subdivision, WHEREAS, The current zoning for said area limits the height for residential structures to 30 feet. and WHEREAS, The request is to allow a height change from 30 feet to 33 feet THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission finds the proposed change to be non-substantial and recommends approval to the Common Council of a 33 foot maximum height requirement for the Planned Unit Development of Country Club Villages.
