APPROVAL OF A SKETCH CREATING A TWO (2) PARCEL LAND
THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 31 OF THE ERODEL PROPERTY
DIVISION AND A ONE (1) LOT RECONFIGURATION AND EXPANSION IN
(2) lot land division and a one (1) lot reconfiguration and
expansion in the SE 1/4 of Section 31, and
WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on May 7, 1997, for a two
reconfigured/expanded parcel is zoned RS-2/0LS, requiring an
average minimum width of 14 feet and an minimum area of 13,400
square feet, and both parcels appear to meet these
