APPROVAL OF A CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP CREATING A TWO (2)
LOT LAND DIVISION FOR RUFUS AND MERLE LOWE AT THE PROPERTY
LOCATED AT W208 S8151 HILLENDALE DRIVE
a two (2) lot land division on the property located at W208
58151 Hillendale Drive for Rufus and Merle Lowe under
Resolution #P.C. 67-97, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved of a sketch creating
WHEREAS, The subject property is currently zoned RS-1,
Suburban Residence District which requires a minimum lot size
of 30,000 square feet and an average minimum width of 120 feet
and said lots appear to meet these requirements, and
Tree Estates for which a non-substantial change allowing 2.95
WHEREAS, The subject division is part of the OPD of Apple
acres to be sold to an adjacent land owner was accomplished
through Resolution P.C. #195-95, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
of a Certified Survey Map creating a two (2) lot land division
at property located at W208 58151 Hillendale Drive for Rufus
and Merle Lowe subject to resolution of all technical
discrepancies as identified by the City Engineers, City Staff,
Plan Commission and Common Council. e
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That to eliminate the land-locked
parcel the two remnant parcels will become one. The
outbuilding will need to be decreased to 1065 square feet.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That petitioner has sixty (60)
days from adoption of resolution by Plan Commission to decrease
with a possible 10% variance (1171.5 square feet). This
the size of the pole barn to no larger than 1065 square feet
amendment will be placed on Certified Survey Map.
