LAND DIVISION IN THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION
13 OF THE FITZSIMMONS PROPERTY
(NORTH SIDE OF HI VIEW DRIVE, EAST OF DURHAM ROAD)

WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on April 22, 1997, for a
WHEREAS, The property is currently non-sewered and zoned

of a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a two (2)
lot land division in the NW 1/4 of Section 13 of the
Fitzsimmons property subject to the delineation of wetland and
by the Public Works Committee. Wetlands to be delineated by
floodplain areas and the submittal and approval of grading plan
the Army Corps, DNR or SEWRPC. Floodplain to be located by
surveyor.
