AMEND
APPROVAL OF A CONCEPTUAL BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN
AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOOMIS ROAD
INC. BY DALE ERDMANN
AND NORTH CAPE ROAD (USH 45) FOR ERDMANN BROTHERS,
plans on April 25, 1997, proposing the parking of rental
vehicles on a vacant property on the southeast corner of Loomis
Road and North Cape Road (USH 45) across from Erdman Motors, and
WHEREAS, Erdmann Brothers, Inc. by Dale Erdmann submitted
WHEREAS, The property is under separate ownership, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned B-4, Highway Business, and
WHEREAS, The property contains a concrete slap and
graveled that once served as the location of a fruit stand, and
has been used periodically used for temporary vendor stands, and
WHEREAS, The proposed use requires a conditional use
grant.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission finds
the concept to be acceptable and directs the petitioner to file e all appropriate documents for a conditional use grant public
hearing.
