APPROVAL OF A FREE STANDING SIGN FOR SO-LITE SIGNS
AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT S81 W18463 GEMINI DRIVE
WHEREAS, A 13 foot high pole sign containing two 8' X 4'
signs (64 square feet) for the property at 581 W18463 has been
proposed by So-Lite Signs, and
Racine Avenue and 131 feet on Gemini Drive and per Section 6.09
WHEREAS, The property contains 233 feet of frontage on
(8) (g) of the City of Muskego Zoning Ordinance only 41.5
square feet of pole signage is permitted, and
WHEREAS, The plans do not illustrate landscaping at the base
of the sign.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves
of a maximum of 41.5 square feet of signage for So-Lite Signs
at the property located at 581 W18463 Gemini Drive subject to
tht? submittal and implementation of a landscape plan for staff
approval per Section 6.09 (3) (v) of the Muskego Zoning
Ordinance.
