APPROVAL OF A SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE FOR HAROLD M. SWANTO, I11
AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT S76 W18234 JANESVILLE ROAD
issued on June 12, 1996, and
WHEREAS, A permit for a 26' X 32' Accessory Building was
addition that included an attached garage, and
WHEREAS, On May 1, 1997, plans were submitted for a house
garage structure on a lot except that another such garage
structure may be permitted upon Plan Commission approval.
WHEREAS, Section 4.05 (2) C.l permits only one private
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves
of the second private garage that is proposed to be attached to
the primary residence.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a building permit and zoning
permit will be required prior to construction.
