APPROVAL OF AN AMENDED BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN
RESOLUTION #P.C. 95-97
FOR A 36' X 72' ACCESSORY STRUCTURE BY THE MUSKEGO-NORWAY
PUBLIC SCHOOLS AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT
W183 S8750 RACINE AVENUE
a 36' X 72' Accessory Structure located on the high school
grounds of Muskego-Norway Public Schools, and
WHEREAS, Plans were submitted on April 25, 1997. for
WHEREAS, The proposed accessory structure would
replace two metal storage sheds adjacent to the football
field and would store athletic equipment and grounds
supplies, and
WHEREAS, A landscape plan and color renderings have
not been submitted.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan
Commission hereby approves the amendment to the site plan
as submitted on plans received April 25, 1997 subject to
submittal of color rendering and landscape plan.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That a concrete floor will
be added to construction of building along with a 12-18"
overhang on end and side walls of building.
