APPROVAL TO AMEND BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR
SIGN AT WAUKESHA MEDICAL CLINIC LOCATED AT
S69 W15636 JANESVILLE ROAD
WHEREAS, The Poblocki Signs is requesting approval for
directional/operational signage for the Waukesha Medical Clinic
located at 569 W15636 Janesville Road, and
east entry of the building facing the neighboring adjacent
property, and
WHEREAS, The proposed signage will be located along the
WHEREAS, Chapter 17, Section 6.09 (6) (b) Signs, Signs
Exempt allows for entry signage upon reasonable size and
necessity as determined by the Plan Commission, and
WHEREAS, The total square footage of the actual signage is
15.2 square feet with an outline of 30 square feet, and the
signage is of an off white color (matching the new proposed
signage) and is non-illuminated.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the above stated signage which is to be located at the site at
S69 W15636 Janesville Road, all in conformance with Section
17:6.09 of the City's Municipal Code subject to the facade
being off-white in color and non-illuminated. 0
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a sign permit is required to
.be obtained from the Building Inspection Department and
Planning Department prior to erecting the signage.
