APPROVAL OF A CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP CREATING A TWO (2) LOT
RESOLUTION #P.C. 87-97
LAND DIVISION FOR ARNOLD AND MARIAN KNUTILLA AT THE PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 18
(TAX KEY NO. 2229.982)
division for the property of Arnold and Marian Knutilla was
submitted by Reno Berg and Wayne Salentine, agents for the
property owners of the proposed Park Estates Subdivision, was
submitted on April 17, 1997, and
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map creating a two (2) lot land
WHEREAS, Parcel 1 is intended to be part of the Park
Estates Planned Development zoned RS-1/OPD, Suburban Residence
District with a Planned Development Overlay and Parcel 2 will
be outside the Park Estates boundaries and zoned RS-1, Suburban
Residence, and
WHEREAS, The RS-1, Suburban Residence District requires a
minimum lot size of 30,000 square feet and an average minimum
width of 130 feet, and
WHEREAS, Parcel 2 appears to meet the minimum standards of
the RS-1 zoning district.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Certified Survey Map for a two (2) lot land division in the
NE 1/4 of Section 18 for the Knutilla property subject to
satisfaction of all technical discrepancies as identified by
Council and dedication of the Pasadena Drive right-of-way as
the City Engineers, City Plan Commission, City Staff and Common
illustrated on the Preliminary Plat of Park Estates.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Certified Survey Map not
be approved by Common Council until Final Plat for Park Estates
is approved by the Plan Commission.
