PCR1997086AMENDED APPROVAL OF A CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP CREATING A THREE (3) LOT RESOLUTION #P.C. 86-97 LAND DIVISION FOR CHARLENE SIEGMUND AND SHARON SQUIRES AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 18 (TAX KEY NO. 2229.981.001 AND 2229.981.002) land division for the property of Charlene Siegmund and Sharon Squires was submitted by Reno Berg and Wayne Salentine, agents Subdivision, was submitted on April 17, 1997, and for the property owners of the proposed Park Estates WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map creating a three (3) lot WHEREAS, Parcel 1 is intended to be part of the Park Estates Planned Development zoned RS-1/OPD, Suburban Residence will be outside the Park Estates boundaries and zoned RS-1, District with a Planned Development Overlay and Parcel 2 and 3 Suburban Residence, and WHEREAS, The RS-1, Suburban Residence District requires a width of 130 feet, and minimum lot size of 30,000 square feet and a minimum average WHEREAS, Parcel 2 and 3 will not meet the average minimum width required for the RS-1 zoning district. a the Certified Survey Map for a three (3) lot land division in THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the NE 1/4 of Section 18 for the Siegmund and Squires property subject to satisfaction of all technical discrepancies as identified by the City Engineers, City Plan Commission, City Drive right-of-way as illustrated on the preliminary Plat of Staff and Common Council and the dedication of the Pasadena Park Estates. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Certified Survey Map not be approved by Common Council until Final Plat for Park Estates is approved by the Plan Commission.
