UNIT FOR GREGORY J. BOEHM AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT
S81 W16964 WOODS ROAD
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved of a two (2) lot land
division at the property located at S81 W16964 Woods Road in
which an existing residence on Parcel 1 of an approved
Certified Survey Map was allowed duplex status, and
plans for the duplex be submitted to the Plan Commission for
review, and
WHEREAS, A condition of approval was that the building
WHEREAS, Plans were submitted by Gregory J. Boehm, on April
18, 1997.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves
of the Building, Site and Operation Plan for a duplex unit
located at S81 W16964 Woods Road for Gregory J. Boehm, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a Building Permit and Zoning
Permit must be applied for prior to any renovation or
alteration of the existing structure.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, The plans submitted be kept on file
in the Building Department and that any changes to said plans 0 will require Plan Commission approval.
