COMMON COUNCIL FOR VACATION OF THE PROPOSED ROAD EXTENSION OF
PASADENA DRIVE FOR RENO BERG AND WAYNE SALENTINE,
AGENTS FOR THE OWNERS OF PARK ESTATES, AT THE
PROPERTIES LOCATED IN THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION SECTION 18
WHEREAS, Plans were submitted by Reno Berg and Wayne
Salentine, agents for the property owners of the proposed Park
Estates, for vacation of the proposed road extension of
Pasadena Drive through the following properties identified by
tax key no. only:
2229.981.001, 2229.981.002, 2229.894.001, 2229.985,
2229.987.001, 2229.979
WHEREAS, The vacation of the proposed extension will allow
the southern point of Kimberly Estates to Janesville Road.
for the proposed curvilinear alignment of Pasadena Drive from
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommend approval to the Common Council for the vacation of
the proposed right-of-way of the following properties,
identified by tax key no. only:
2229.981.001, 2229.981.002, 2229.894.001, 2229.985,
2229.987.001, 2229.979.
