PCR1997079RESOLUTION #P.C. 79-97 AMENDED APPROVAL FOR A 8' x 10' ACCESSORY STRUCTURE FOR DAVID AND DENISE ZAFFRANN AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT S71 W14838 WESCOTT DRIVE WHEREAS, A site plan and construction information was submitted on April 16, 1997, by David ad Denise Zaffrann property located at S71 W14838 Wescott Drive, and for two 8' X 10' accessory structures at the duplex per Chapter 17, Section 4.05 (2) G of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Muskego, however, only one per parcel is permitted on a lot, and WHEREAS, Both structurs meet the definition of a shed defined as an Accessory Structure having to meet all the WHEREAS, One of the two structures is required to be regulations of both the Zoning Ordinance and Building Code, WHEREAS, The materials submitted do not propose the use of this nor any other structure on the property for business related activities. THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of the 8' X 10' Accessory Structure for David and Dennise Zaffrann in accordande to Section structure not be used for the operation of a business nor the storage of business related material or equipment. 0 4.05 (1) B and 6.11 (2) and that subject accessory BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the terms of this resolution and the approved site plans violation, the initiation of legal action, or both. shall result in the issuance of fines of $100 per day per BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a variance from Board of Appeals will be needed to construct the second accessory structure without a concrete floor and firewall.
