APPROVAL TO AMEND THE BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN TO
ALLOW THE TEMPORARY SALE OF FLOWERS BY PAUL RAPALA AT THE
PROPERTY LOCATED AT S73 W16650 JANESVILLE ROAD
(BETWEEN CLARK STATION AND REALTY CENTER)
Paul Rapala has been submitted for the vacant lot at 573 W16650
WHEREAS, A request for the temporary sale of flowers by
Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, The petitioner is also proposing to erect a
temporary 21' X 24' green house, and
WHEREAS, The dates of operation will be from May to July,
and the hours of operation will be 8:OO AM to 7:OO PM, Sunday
thru Saturday, and

WHEREAS, The petitioner is requesting signage along the
the temporary sale of flowers subject to the following
conditions:
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve

later than July 31, 1997, and
2. Hours of operation permitted only from 8:OO AM to 7:OO PM
Sunday thru Saturday, and
3. A letter of approval from the property owner must be
submitted to the Planning Department, and
4. Applicable licensing must be obtained from the Clerk's
office prior to any site work on the property.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That petitioner submit written
water facilities to adjacent buildings during hours of
approval from owner of property for access to bathroom and
operation.
