APPROVAL OF A CONCEPTUAL BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN
FOR AN ASSISTED LIVING CENTER AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED ON
PARCEL 2228.998 WOODS ROAD
(RAUSCH PROPERTY)
WHEREAS, Plans were submitted requesting approval of a Conceptual Development plan
for land located at parcel 2228.998 Woods Road, and
WHEREAS, The property is currently zoned RS-Z/W/L/I-I, Suburban Residence,
Wetland, Low Land, Industrial Park Districts, and
WHEREAS, It is proposed to locate a 44 unit assisted living facility at this property
considering that if the property were entirely zoned RS-2, 43.5 single family living units could be
located here as an OPD, and
WHEREAS, Building elevations and landscape plans have not been submitted at this time.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of the conceptual
development plan dated 3/21/97 and said plan be kept on file in the Building Department and 1/4
Section file along with any subsequent changes to the same.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the entire property be rezoned to RSWOPD Multi-
family Residence/Overlay Planned Development District.
