WHEREAS, A sketch was submitted on March , 1997, for a seven

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
of Certified Survey Maps being submitted creating seven (7)
lots at property located in the SE 1/4 of Section 7 for
be delineated and a grading plan must be submitted and approved
Frederick Graves subject to any wetland and flood plain areas
by the Public Works Committee. Wetlands to be delineated by
the Army Corps of Engineers, DNR or SEWRPC. Flood Plain to be
located and delineated by a registered surveyor; all being
accomplished prior to the approval of a Certified Survey Map.

1. All lands encompassed by this proposal be rezoned to
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
RS-1/OPD prior to submittal of any CSMs.
2. Evidence of successful perc tests for all proposed lots be
submitted as an exhibit to any rezoning request.
3. A sketch prepared by a registered land surveyor giving
evidence that all proposed lots meet RS-1/OPD unsewered lot
regulation: square footage and widths shall be illustrated.
This sketch shall be provided as an exhibit to the rezoning
request.
