EXPANDED PARKING FACILITIES AT THE MAREK LITHOGRAPHICS, INC.,
PROPERTY LOCATED AT S81 W 18460 GEMINI DRIVE
expanded parking facilities at the Marek Lithographics, InC.,
WHEREAS, Plans were submitted on March 21, 1997, for
property located at ,581 W18460 Gemini Drive, and
WHEREAS, The parking lot will be expanded south of the
existing building and will be 100' X 66' for 22 additional
parking spaces, and
the placement of offstreet parking, service and loading
facilities subject to Plan Commission approval.
WHEREAS, The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Muskego permits
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
of the 100' X 66' foot expansion of the existing parking
subject to all parking areas being paved within three months of
facility at the property located at S81 W18460 Gemini Drive
the date of this approval.
