PCR1997062RESOLUTION #P.C. 62-97 APPROVAL TO AMEND THE BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR AN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE AT MERIT ASPHALT, INC., PROPERTY LOCATED AT S84 W18645 ENTERPRISE DRIVE the Building, Site and Operation Plan of Merit Asphalt, InC., WHEREAS, Plans were submitted on March 21, 1997, to amend to allow for a 14' X 14' Accessory Structure at the property located at 584 W18645 Enterprise Drive, and WHEREAS, Said structure is a 40 ton sand bin which is 28.5 feet high, and permits the placement of an accessory structure subject to Plan Commission approval. WHEREAS, The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Muskego THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the placement of a 14' X 14' accessory structure subject to the following condition(s): 1. A ten (10) foot offset be maintained from the eastern property line per the zoning requirements of the Muskego Industrial Park. the building. 2. The color of the accessory structure is to match that of Plan Commission City of Muskego Approved 04-01-97 Denied Deferred 03-24-97
