APPROVAL TO AMEND THE BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR AN
ACCESSORY STRUCTURE AT THE AAA ASPHALT SEALING PROPERTY LOCATED
AT ,580 W18753 APOLLO DRIVE
WHEREAS, Plans were submitted on March 21, 1997, to amend
the Building, Site and Operation Plan of AAA Asphalt Sealing to
allow for a 12' X 12' Accessory Structure at the property
located at S80 W18753 Apollo Drive, and
WHEREAS, The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Muskego
permits the placement of an accessory structure subject to Plan
Commission approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the placement of a 12' X 12' accessory structure subject to the
following condition(s):
1. A twenty (20) foot offset be maintained from the eastern
property line per the zoning requirements of the Muskego
Industrial Park.
2. Issuance of all applicable building and zoning permits.
