AMENDED
APPROVAL TO AMEND A BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR
EXTENDED PARKING FACILITIES AT THE KELSEY PUB PROPERTY LOCATED
AT S102 W19570 KELSEY DRIVE
WHEREAS, Pat Kleinekordt has submitted plans to amend an
existing Building, Site and Operation plan to allow expansion
of the existing parking facilities at the Kelsey Pub, located
at S102 W19570 Kelsey Drive, and
WHEREAS, The plans indicate that the parking lot will be
expanded 48' X 48' westward along Kelsey Drive, and
WHEREAS, Previous amendments to the Building, Site and
Operation Plans of existing tavern owners have required that
any such expansions require the entire parking area be
asphalted.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 48' X 48' parking expansion of the Kelsey Pub subject that
be submitted for staff approval prior to construction.
the old and new parking area be asphalted, and drainage plans
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That there will be a 10 foot
offset for the parking area from the south and east lot lines.
