ALLOW THE TEMPORARY SALE OF FLOWERS BY PAUL RUSZKIEWICZ AT THE
APPROVAL TO AMEND THE BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN TO
PROPERTY LOCATED AT W189 S7847 RACINE AVENUE
(MUSKEG0 CENTER-SENTRY PARKING LOT)
Ruskiewicz has been submitted for the parking lot of the Sentry
Store at W189 S7847 Racine Avenue, and
WHEREAS, A request for the temporary Sale of flowers by Paul
WHEREAS, The petitioner is also proposing to erect a
temporary 21' X 48' green house located at the southeast end of
the parking lot near the southern entry between the shopping
center and Mc Donald's, and
WHEREAS, The dates of operation will be from May 1 to July
thru Saturday and 8:OO AM to 6:OO PM on Sundays, and
1, and the hours of operation will be 8:OO AM to sundown, Monday
WHEREAS, The petitioner is requesting no signage.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the temporary sale of flowers subject to the following
conditions:
July 1, 1997, and
1. Dates of operation only approved from May 1, 1997, to
2. Hours of operation permitted only from 8:OO AM to sundown
on Monday thru Saturday and 8:OO AM to 6:OO PM on Sundays,

submitted to the Planning Department, and
