RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL BY THE PLAN COMMISSION TO THE
RESOLUTION #P.C. 56-97
COMMON COUNCIL FOR AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO ADD
SECTION 8.145 B-P, BUSINESS PARK DISTRICT
WHEREAS, The Chapter 17: Section 8 establishes the 21 basic
zoning districts for the City of Muskego and Sections 8.11
through 8.14 describe the four business districts in the City
of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission proposes to amend Chapter 17,
Section 8 to add Section 8.145 to establish an additional
business district, and
be as follows:
WHEREAS, This would create Section 8.145 whose intent would

This district is intended to provide space where

hereby recommend to the Common Council of the City of Muskego
that Chapter 17: Section 8 be amended to add Section 8.145 as
described above in the third and fourth "WHEREAS".
