COMMON COUNCIL FOR THE AMENDING OF THE LAKE FOREST
PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
I1 was submitted to the Planning Department on December 26,
1996, and
WHEREAS, As a conceptual layout for the Overlook Bay Phase
Sunset Drive and four (4), eight (8) unit multi-family
buildings on an eighth lot accessing Racine Avenue, and
WHEREAS, The plan proposes seven (7) duplex lots accessing
recommended to the Common Council that this constituted a
substantial change to the original site development plan thus
requiring the need for a public hearing, and
WHEREAS, Under Resolution #P.C. 24-97, the Plan Commission
that the conceptual layout submitted on December 26, 1996, did
WHEREAS, Under Resolution #22-97, the Common Council agreed
constitute a substantial change requiring a Public Hearing, and
WHEREAS, A public hearing has been scheduled for 7:20 P.M.,
March 25, 1997.
0 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommends approval of the conceptual site development plan for
Phase I1 of the Overlook Bay Development to the Common Council.
