APPROVAL OF A BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR A
WAREHOUSE SUBMITTED BY HIRAM P. MILLER, JR., FOR THE PROPERTY
RESOLUTION #P.C. 52-97
LOCATED AT S84 W18693 ENTERPRISE DRIVE
WHEREAS, Plans for a new warehouse facility in the Muskego
Industrial Park were submitted on March 5, 1997, by Hiram P.
Miller, Jr., for Miller Enterprises to be located at S84 W18693
Enterprise Drive, and
WHEREAS, The plans show a 15,404 square foot structure with
2,560 square feet of warehouse space and 2,844 square feet of
office space, and
accented with scored and ground face block, a semi-circle entry
along Enterprise Drive with a galvanized corrugated roof cover
arched over the entry way, and
WHEREAS, The elevations show a split face block structure
WHEREAS, The site plan shows a well landscaped front with a
ground sign centered on the building along Enterprise Drive,
spotted trees along the rear of the property, no trees along
the east and west sides, parking along the front and east
sides, and a slatted fenced outdoor storage area south of the - a building, and - WHEREAS, The Plan Commission had approved a previous
submittal for a Building, Site and Operation Plan for this site
and
for a John Davis under Resolution #P.C. 97-95 on June 20, 1995,
WHEREAS, The new plans submitted represent a substantial
change and improvement from the previous plans.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Building, Site and Operation Plan for Miller Enterprises
located at S84 W18693 Enterprise Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That occupancy is requested prior
to the completion of landscaping, a bond, letter of credit or
cashiers check equal to twice the value of said costs must be
submitted to the Planning Department along with an itemized
price list of said costs from a qualified dealer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That all aspects of this plan as
they relate to landscaped areas and drainage shall be
maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the
Plan Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the
conditions of this approval shall result in the imposition of
action, or both.

sodium vapor, cut-off, down cast fixtures. Pole lighting
height allowed up to 15 foot maximum. Landscaping plan to be
submitted and reviewed by Staff.
