WHEREAS, Stenson Builders has submitted plans for an

WHEREAS, 577 W16715 Bridgeport Way is Lot 6 of Block 2 in
the Deer Creek Subdivision, and the Deer Creek Subdivision is
Development allowing for single family homes, and
zoned RS-2/0PD, Suburban Residence District in a Planned
WHEREAS, Section 8.01 (7) 7, of the City of Muskego Zoning
Ordinance allows for home occupations or professional offices
subject that said use does not occupy more than 20% of the
floor area and does not normally necessitate the coming of a
customer or client, and
