APPROVAL OF A CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP CREATING A TWO (2) LOT
METROPOLITAN ENGINEERING, INC., OF THE BOEHM PROPERTY LOCATED
REDIVISION OF LOT 1 OF MEADOW GREEN SUBDIVISION SUBMITTED BY
IN THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 15
WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on March 20, 1996, for a two
(2) lot land division for Lot 1 in the Meadow Green Subdivision,
Commission on September 30, 1996, under Resolution #P.C. 167-96
located in the NW 1/4 of Section 15 and approved by the Plan
subject to a public hearing being held to amend the Overlay
Planned Development of the Meadow Green Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, A public hearing was held in front of the Common
Council of the City of Muskego on October 22, 1996 for an
amendment to the planned unit development of Meadow Green
Subdivision to permit the division of Lot 1 of same for one
single family and one duplex lot, and
Common Council approved the amendment to the planned unit
WHEREAS, Upon recommendation of the Plan Commission, the
development of Meadow Green Subdivision through Resolution #
240-96, and
0 with a Planned Development Overlay, and
WHEREAS, The properties are zoned RS-2, Suburban Residence
WHEREAS, The RS-2 District requires a minimum lot size of
20,000 square feet and a minimum average width of 110' and the
Planned Development allows for a 10% variance for said lots and
said lots appear to meet the District's area requirements.
the Certified Survey Map for a two (2) lot redivision of Lot 1
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
in the Meadow Green Subdivision, located in the NW 1/4 of
Section 15 of the Boehm Property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends
approval to the Common Council subject to approval of technical
discrepancies as identified by the City Planning Department and
City Engineers, and payment of all applicable fees in Section
18.14(3) of the Land Division Ordinance.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a DXF or COG0 file of this CSM
be submitted to the City prior to City signatures being placed
upon the CSM (3-1/2" diskette).
