APPROVAL OF A ONE LOT LAND DIVISION SKETCH SUBMITTED BY
MARTIN J. WENDLANDT FOR THE HOLTERMAN PROPERTY LOCATED IN
THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 35

WHEREAS, A sketch was submitted on February 25, 1997, for a
one (1) lot land division on the Holterman property located in
the SW 1/4 of Section 35 by Martin J. Wendlandt, and
Exclusive Agricultural District which requires a minimum lot
WHEREAS, The subject property is currently zoned EA,
size of 35 acres and an average minimum width of 1,275 feet and
the main lot will still stay in conformance but the proposed
