PCR1997048RESOLUTION #P.C. 48-97 APPROVAL OF A ONE LOT LAND DIVISION SKETCH SUBMITTED BY MARTIN J. WENDLANDT FOR THE HOLTERMAN PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 35 (TAX KEY NO. 2299.996) WHEREAS, A sketch was submitted on February 25, 1997, for a one (1) lot land division on the Holterman property located in the SW 1/4 of Section 35 by Martin J. Wendlandt, and Exclusive Agricultural District which requires a minimum lot WHEREAS, The subject property is currently zoned EA, size of 35 acres and an average minimum width of 1,275 feet and the main lot will still stay in conformance but the proposed lot does not meet said requirements, and WHEREAS, The proposed lot would meet the A, Agricultural District requirements of a minimum lot size of 120,000 square feet and minimum lot width of 300 feet. of a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a one (1) lot land division in the Holterman property located in the SW 1/4 of Section 35 for Martin J. Wendlandt subject to being rezoned A, Agricultural, that any wetland and flood plain areas be delineated and a grading plan must be submitted and approved the Army Corps of Engineers, DNR or SEWRPC. Flood Plain to be accomplished prior to the approval of a Certified Survey Map. located and delineated by a registered surveyor; all being THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve @ by the Public Works Committee.
