RESOLUTION #P.C. 46-97
WHEREAS, Lee Shane of 592 W19918 Henneberry Drive was
granted a Conditional Use Grant on April 15, 1980 to permit the
operation of a dog kennel, and
and
WHEREAS, Annual review by the Plan Commission is required,
WHEREAS, One year extensions have been granted since that
time, and
WHEREAS, An approval of expansion of Conditional Use Grant
#81 was approved July 15, 1986 to permit an expansion of the
number of dogs from twenty (20) to no more than fifty (50)
dogs, and
#81 was approved April 21, 1992 to reflect an amendment to the
WHEREAS, An approval of expansion of Conditional Use Grant
Building, Site and Operation Plan, and
WHEREAS, The department has not received any complaints
regarding the kennel nor its operation.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby grant an extension of Conditional
Use Grant #81 for the operation of a dog kennel for one more
year.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the operation shall again be
reviewed at the second Plan Commission meeting in March of 1998.
