APPROVAL OF AN ANNUAL CONDITIONAL USE GRANT REVIEW TO ALLOW
LOCATED AT S98 W12682/86 LOOMIS ROAD

WHEREAS, Formal Building, Site and Operation Plans and a
Conditional Use Grant application were submitted to the
