PCR1997045AMENDED RESOLUTION P.C. 45-97 TWO (2) MINI-STORAGE WAREHOUSES FOR GEORGE ALEX AT THE PROPERTY APPROVAL OF AN ANNUAL CONDITIONAL USE GRANT REVIEW TO ALLOW LOCATED AT S98 W12682/86 LOOMIS ROAD TAX KEY #2257.984 WHEREAS, Formal Building, Site and Operation Plans and a Conditional Use Grant application were submitted to the warehouses for the property located at S98 W12712 Loomis Road Planning Department by George Alex for two (2) mini-storage on November 4, 1994, and Operation plan was adopted by the Plan Commission for two mini-storage warehouse for the property located at S98 W12682/86 for George Alex under Resolution #P.C. 227-94 on December 20, 1994, and WHEREAS, As a Conditional Use Grant and Building, Site and WHEREAS, Building #1 includes 34 - 10' x 20' spaces and 8 - 5' x 10' spaces, and building #2 includes 18 - 10' x 20' spaces, and WHEREAS, Conditions of approval included: asphalted with proper drainage, surrounding traffic areas 1.
