PCR1997042APPROVAL OF RENEWAL OF TRUCK PARKING FOR JACK & MARVIN RESOLUTION #P.C. 42-97 STRASSER LOCATED AT 576 W17871 JANESVILLE ROAD (JOHNNY'S PETROLEUM) granted an expansion to Conditional Use #15 for Johnny's Petroleum at S76 W17871 Janesville Road subject to the following conditions: WHEREAS, In Resolution #P.c. 6'6-91-A, the Plan Commission 1. That the 15 vehicles to be stored outside be parked within the fenced storage area located at the rear of the existing service station. 2. That no commercial vehicles be parked outside that create a noise disturbance to surrounding property such as refrigerated trailer rigs. 3. That the parking area be maintained free of trash and debris and kept graveled with dust-proofed sealant and graded. placed in the outside storage area. 4.
