AMENDED
PERMISSION OF PARKING A SEMI-TRACTOR TRAILER WITH TRAILER
APPROVAL OF REVIEW AND RENEWAL OF PLAN COMMISSION
FOR JOHN KRABBENHOFT AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED
AT 583 W20618 JANESVILLE ROAD
WHEREAS, On July 19, 1983, the Plan Commission granted
permission to park a semi-tractor with trailer not to exceed a
three year period, and
WHEREAS, In Resolution #P.C. 11-90 the Plan Commission
approved the parking of the semi-tractor with trailer for a one
year period to be renewed in January 1991 and where the Plan
Commission approved the continuous parking of the semi-tractor
with trailer until January 1992 through Resolution #P.C. 7-91
and where the Plan Commission approved the continuous parking
of the semi-tractor with trailer until January 1993 through
Resolution #P.C. 5-92, and
WHEREAS, Resolution #P.C. 5-92 granted permission for the
parking of one semi-tractor with trailer, a utility trailer,
and a pick-up truck topper until January 1993, at which time it
shall be reviewed, and
0 WHEREAS, The character of the area has not significantly
changed since the original approvals were granted.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
permission for the continuous parking of one semi-tractor with
trailer until March of 1998.
