RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL OF A RECONFIGURATION
EXTRATERRITORIAL CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR HAROLD DEBACK
AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 1
TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map for a one (1) lot land
reconfiguration was submitted on February 21, 1997 by Harold
DeBack for the property located in the SE 1/4 of Section 1, Town
of Norway, and
WHEREAS, The original certified survey map illustrated the
creation of a 41,727 square foot parcel, and
WHEREAS, The proposed certified survey map illustrates the
reconfiguration of the original configuration to an "L" shaped
configuration containing 80,001 square feet, and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction of
the extraterritorial powers of the City of Muskego and approval
by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City's subdivision
regulations, and
no conflicts with future street patterns of the City of Muskego,
WHEREAS, There appears to be no adverse drainage impacts and

WHEREAS, The Town of Norway must approve land divisions
within their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
approve the extraterritorial Certified Survey Map for a one (1)
recommends that the Common Council of the City of Muskego
lot land reconfiguration for the Harold DeBack property located
in the SE 1/4 of Section 1, Town of Norway.
