RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL OF A RECONFIGURATION TO AN
EXTRATERRITORIAL CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR HAROLD DEBACK
AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 2
TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map for a one (1) lot land
reconfiguration was submitted on February 27, 1997 by Harold
DeBack for the property located in the NE 1/4 of Section 2,
Town of Norway, and
WHEREAS, This one (1) lot land reconfiguration is Parcel 3
of a three (3) lot land division approved by the Plan
Commission under Resolution #75-95 on June 6, 1995, and
additional 100 feet southward and 50 feet eastward, and expands
WHEREAS, The land reconfiguration expands parcel 3 and
the area from 40,001 square feet to 73,319 square feet, and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction
of the extraterritorial powers of the City of Muskego and
approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City's
subdivision regulations, and
WHEREAS, There appears to be no adverse drainaqe impacts
Muskego, and
and no conflicts with- future street patterns of the City of

WHEREAS, The Town of Norway must approve land divisions
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommends that the Common Council of the City of Muskego
approve the extraterritorial Certified Survey Map for a one (1)
lot land reconfiguration for Harold DeBack property located in
the NE 1/4 of Section 2, Town of Norway.
