AMENDED
APPROVAL OF A CONCEPTUAL BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR
A TWENTY (20) UNIT CBRF ASSISTED LIVING CENTER AT THE
PROPERTY LOCATED AT W171 57260 LANNON DRIVE
(LAKEVIEW TAVERN)
Conceptual Development plan for land located at
W171 S7260 Lannon Drive, currently the location of the Lakeview
Tavern, and
WHEREAS, Plans were submitted requesting approval of a

WHEREAS, The plans will divide the current property as it is
WHEREAS, The lake property would become a residential lot
with a lake access easement on the south property line, and
foot assisted living facility with 20 units, and
WHEREAS, The interior lot would contain an 11,630 square
Residence District with a Lake Recreation Overlay and would need
WHEREAS, The current property is zoned RS-Z/OLR, Suburban
to be rezoned, to permit said type of facility, and
WHEREAS, Building elevations and landscape plans have not
been submitted at this time.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves
of the conceptual building, site and operation plan for a
be kept on file in the Building Department and 114 Section file
twenty (20) unit CBRF dated (received 02-24-97) and said plan
along with any subsequent changes to the same.
