AMENDED
APPROVAL BY THE PLAN COMMISSION OF GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR
PCS SITING PREPARED FOR SOUTHEASTERN WISCONSIN COMMUNITIES BY
RALPH EVANS
WHEREAS, The City of Muskego participated in the Cellular
Associates for the purpose of developing general guidelines for
Communications Consortium which contracted with Ralph Evans and
the siting of Wireless Communications Facilities, and
WHEREAS, On July 2, 1996 Ralph Evans and Associates
presented to the consortium communities a document entitled
General Guidelines for PSC Sitinq which discussed the issues to
be considered when reviewing such requests.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego adopt the document dated July 2, 1996 and
entitled General Guidelines for PCS Sitinq as prepared by Ralph
Evans and Associates in the effort to appropriately plan such
facilities.
