PCR1997036AMENDED APPROVAL TO AMEND A BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR RESOLUTION #P.C. 36-97 T-3 GROUP LIMITED AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT S74 W17095 JANESVILLE ROAD (OLD HARDEE'S SITE) WHEREAS, A Building, Site and Operation Plan was approved for 574 W17095 Janesville Road (the old Hardee's Restaurant) by the Plan Commission on September 1, 1987, under Resolution #P.C. 140-87, and WHEREAS, The T-3 Group Limited, on behalf of Bridgeman Foods Corp., has submitted plans to amend the Building, Site and Operation Plan for the site located at 574 W17095 Janesville Road, and is located within the geographic area associated with the Downtown Design Guide, and WHEREAS, The property is zoned B-2, Local Business District WHEREAS, The proposed exterior alterations include: 1. Converting the existing fasciajmansard to raised seam copper. 2. Removal of the existing playground equipment. 3. New wall signage and monument signage. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego approves of the amendment to an existing Building, Site and Operation Plan dated (received 02-21-97) and said plan be kept on file in the Building Department along with any subsequent changes to the same.
