PCR1997035AMENDED APPROVAL OF A BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR TWO JANESVILLE ROAD, PART OF THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 8 AND THE SW 1/4 PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF RACINE AVENUE AND RESOLUTION #P.C. 35-97 PROFESSIONAL OFFICE BUILDINGS FOR BERG CONSTRUCTION AT THE OF SECTION 9 WHEREAS, Berg Construction has submitted plans proposing two on the northeast end of the corner of Racine Avenue and 12,017 square foot professional office buildings to be located Janesville Road, and WHEREAS, The plans indicate a two (2) phase project, with the south most building being constructed first, and WHEREAS, Each of the buildings are one story and consist of a four sided brick structure with dimensional shingles roofing, and Avenue that is directly across one of the Muskego Center access WHEREAS, A single point access is shown accessing Racine points, and 0 the facility grounds. WHEREAS, No signage has been proposed on each facility or THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of the Building, Site and Operation Plan dated (received 02-21-97) and said plan be kept on file in the Building Department along with any subsequent changes to the same. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this Building, Site and Operational plan review is subject to the following: 1. Submittal of a comprehensive sign package to the Plan Commission for approval. 2. Approval of Utility Plans and Grading Plans by Public Utilities and Public Works Committees respectively. Council. 3. Approval of a Developer's Agreement by the Common BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with this approval shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day per violation, the initiation of legal action of both. this approval is required unless otherwise authorized by the BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That compliance in perpetuity to Plan Commission.
