APPROVAL OF A BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR TWO
JANESVILLE ROAD, PART OF THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 8 AND THE SW 1/4
PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF RACINE AVENUE AND
RESOLUTION #P.C. 35-97
PROFESSIONAL OFFICE BUILDINGS FOR BERG CONSTRUCTION AT THE

WHEREAS, Berg Construction has submitted plans proposing two
on the northeast end of the corner of Racine Avenue and
12,017 square foot professional office buildings to be located

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves
of the Building, Site and Operation Plan dated (received
02-21-97) and said plan be kept on file in the Building
Department along with any subsequent changes to the same.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this Building, Site and
Operational plan review is subject to the following:
1. Submittal of a comprehensive sign package to the Plan
Commission for approval.
2. Approval of Utility Plans and Grading Plans by Public
Utilities and Public Works Committees respectively.

3. Approval of a Developer's Agreement by the Common
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with this
