PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 8 AND THE SW 1/4 OF
SECTION 9 FROM RS-2, SUBURBAN RESIDENCE TO RS-2/00S, -SUBURBAN
RESIDENCE WITH AN OFFICE AND SPECIAL SERVICE OVERLAY
WHEREAS, Berg Construction has petitioned to rezone Parcel 2
of the proposed CSM associated with Plan Commission Resolution
#P.C. 32-97, and
Limited, Partnership and is currently zoned RS-2, Suburban
Residence, and
WHEREAS, The property is under the ownership of Green Clover
WHEREAS, The Comprehensive Land Use Plan identifies the
potential land use in this area as Medium Density Residential,

designs being residential in nature.
2. The RS-2/00S designation insures the City that low
traffic uses will dominate this site.
