WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on February
21, 1997, for a two (2) lot land division in the SE 1/4 of
Section 8 and the SW 1/4 of Section 9, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-2, Suburban Residence, and
WHEREAS, The RS-2 District requires a minimum lot size of
20,000 square feet and a minimum average width of 110' and said
