PCR1997032RESOLUTION #P.C. 32-97 A TWO (2) LOT LAND DIVISION FOR GREEN CLOVER LIMITED APPROVAL OF A SKETCH CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP CREATING PARTNERSHIP AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 8 AND THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 9 (TAX KEY NO. 2192.980.003) WHEREAS, A Sketch Certified Survey Map was submitted on February 21, 1997, for a two (2) lot land division in the SE 1/4 of Section 8 and the SW 1/4 of Section 9, and WHEREAS, The property is zoned US-2, Suburban Residence, and WHEREAS, Sewer service is available to the property from Lions Park Drive. WHEREAS, Drainage concern necessitate the development of a comprehensive drainage scheme. WHEREAS, The RS-2 District requires a minimum lot size of 20,000 square feet and a minimum average width of 110' and said lots appear to meet the District's area requirements. the Sketch Certified Survey Map for a two (2) lot land division in the SE 1/4 of Section 8 and the SW 1/4 of Section 9 (Tax Key No. 2192.980) for the Green Clover Limited Partnership Property. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the petitioner is directed to the provision of joint detention facilities for Parcels 1 and 2. develop a comprehensive grading and drainage plan illustrating Plan Department City of Muskego Adopted 03-04-97 Defeated Deferred 02-28-97
