RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL OF AN EXTRATERRITORIAL CERTIFIED
LOCATED IN THE SW 1/4 AND THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 9,
TOWN OF NORWAY
SURVEY MAP FOR RICHARD AND GLORIA FITZGERALD AT THE PROPERTY
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map for a two (2) lot land
division was submitted on February 21, 1997 by American
Surveying Company, Inc., for the property of Richard and Gloria
Fitzgerald, and
WHEREAS, The property is located in the SW 1/4 and the SE
1/4 of Section 9, Town of Norway, and
of the extraterritorial powers of the City of Muskego and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction
approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City's
subdivision regulations, and
and no conflicts with future street patterns of the City of
Muskego, and
WHEREAS, There appears to be no adverse drainage impacts
WHEREAS, The Town of Norway must approve land divisions
within their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommends that the Common Council of the City of Muskego 0 approve the extraterritorial Certified Survey Map for a two (2)
lot land division for Richard and Gloria Fitzgerald property
located in the SW 1/4 and SE 1/4 of Section 9, Town of Norway.
