PCR1997030RESOLUTION #P.C. 30-97 AMENDED APPROVAL TO AMEND A BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR SW 1/4 OF SECTION 16, AT THE INTERSECTION OF RACINE AVENUE AND WOODS ROAD * MUSKEG0 REGENCY AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SE 1/4 OF THE WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved a Conditional Use Grant and Building, Site and Operation Plan for a 250 unit Adopted September 5, 1995, and senior home campus through Amended Resolution #P.C. 133-95 WHEREAS, The petitioner, Wimmer Brothers, requested to alter the elevation and doors of the detached garage structures of the facility at the Plan Commission meeting dated January 7, 1997, and WHEREAS, The Plan Commission agreed to the elevational changes to the garage structures, but requested that the garage doors for each garage structure be altered to represent arches or sunburst patterns. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego approves of the amendment to an existing Building, Site and Operation Plan dated (received 02-07-97) and said plan be kept on file in the Building Department along with any subsequent changes to the same. 0 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That all aspects of this building site and operation plan as they relate to the building, parking maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the and drive areas, landscaped areas and signage shall be Plan Commission. THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the referenced middle plan would be adopted. All garage doors have arch windows in top panel.
