FOR BENARD AND TERI EVANS AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE
(TAX KEY NO. 2163.998.001)
SW 1/4 OF SECTION 1, 569 W13830 TESS CORNERS DRIVE
WHEREAS, A sketch was submitted on February 5, 1997, for a
three (3) lot land division in the SW 1/4 of Section 1 for the
property of Benard and Teri Evans, and
WHEREAS, The subject property is currently zoned RS-2,
Suburban Residence District which requires a minimum lot size
20,000 square feet and an average minimum width of 110 feet and
said lots appear to meet these minimum requirements.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
of a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a three (3)
lot land division in the SW 1/4 of Section 1 of the Evans
property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That any wetland and flood plain
areas must be delineated and a grading plan must be submitted
and approved by the Public Works Committee. Wetlands to be
delineated by the Army Corps of Engineers, DNR or SEWRPC.
Flood Plain to be located and delineated by a registered
0 surveyor.
