PCR1997028RESOLUTION #P.C. 28-97 APPROVAL OF A SKETCH CREATING A TWO (2) LOT LAND DIVISION FOR DENNIS AND JANET FOSMORE AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 8, S75 W20300 HILLENDALE DRIVE (TAX KEY NO. 2191.999.003) two (2) lot land division in the SW 1/4 of Section 8 for the property of Dennis and Janet Fosmore, and WHEREAS, A sketch was submitted on January 29, 1997, for a WHEREAS, The subject property is currently zoned R-1, Country Home District which requires a minimum lot size 80,000 square feet and an average minimum width of 200 feet and said lots do not meet the minimum requirements, and WHEREAS, Both lots would meet the RS-1, Suburban District requirements of a minimum lot size of 30,000 square feet and minimum lot width of 120', and south across Hillendale Drive. WHEREAS, Said zoning exist directly west of the parcel and THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve of a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a two (2) lot land division in the SW 1/4 of Section 8 of the Fosmore property subject to being rezoned RS-1 Suburban Estate, a grading plan being submitted and approved by the Public Works Committee, and sewer plans being approved by the Public Utilities Committee; all being accomplished prior to the approval of a Certified Survey Map. e Plan Commission City of Muskego Adopted 02-18-97 Defeated Deferred 02-10-97
